Home visits are also available in the local area including Ashtead, Leatherhead, Fetcham, Bookham and Epsom. Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council For many years I have personally benefited from Reflexology particularly for the relief of stress and tension and as a preventative measure helping maintain the balance between mind, body and soul. I became more and more interested and trained with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in London and have now set up Ashtead Reflexology. To continue improving my skills and knowledge I have completed training in Advanced Reflexology Techniques with Tony Porter, a workshop with the legendary Dwight Byers, an additional Specialist Maternity Reflexology Qualification with Susanne Enzer and studied Emotional Reflexology with Jenny Talkington.
A Brief Introduction to Reflexology
Reflexology is a non intrusive complementary health therapy working on the principle that there are reflex points in the hands and feet that correspond to all parts of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points Reflexology helps the body to restore its balance naturally. After a treatment you may feel relaxed and tension may be reduced, you may sleep better and may notice a feeling of improved mood and general well-being. With ever increasing levels of stress, it is important to try and look after yourself and Reflexology may be one of the ways to mitigate the stresses of modern life.

Maternity Reflexology
I am qualified to practice on pregnant clients and those trying to conceive. However, as this is an area that interests me I have completed a specialist Maternity Reflexology course designed by Susanne Enzer.
"Relax with Reflexology"
In our busy lives we often find it difficult to make time to nurture ourselves and to catch up with friends. Wellbeing is often attributed to spending time with family and friends and looking after yourself.
A great way of combining these two is to invite some friends to join you for morning coffee, afternoon tea or just a relaxing girls night in and to experience a taster reflexology session whilst you are having some me time.
For £48 I would join you and up to 3 friends for a couple of hours to provide each of you with a 25 minute reflexology taster session, that's only £12 each. You get the chance to see and feel the wonderful benefits of reflexology and also have the opportunity to relax and catch up with your friends.
I don’t need much space and will bring my own reflexology stool so you can put your feet up. You just need a chair or sofa to sit on. For those who would prefer it I can provide hand reflexology too.
You will each receive a voucher entitlin you to £10 off your first reflexology session making looking after your well-being a little easier.
