Full Member of the
Association of Reflexologists Registered with the
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council For many years I have personally benefited from Reflexology particularly for the relief of stress and tension and as a preventative measure helping maintain the balance between mind, body and soul. I became more and more interested and trained with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) in London and have now set up Ashtead Reflexology.
To continue improving my skills and knowledge I am now studying for my Advanced Reflexology Techniques qualification. I have also attended Part One of a Maternity Reflexology course which includes pre-conceptual and pregnancy care.
