The Benefits of Reflexology

Reflexology can be beneficial for specific health conditions and to promote general health and well-being. You don't have to be ill to have Reflexology. With stress levels generally increasing as a part of every day life many people find Reflexology a way of helping to look after themselves.

Reflexology helps to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. It encourages the body to work naturally and restore it's own healthy balance. It is suitable for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, for pregnant women and for bringing relief to many medical conditions. Reflexology:

• Reduces stress and tension which are by-products of our modern lifestyle. (Doctors agree that over 75% of our health problems can be linked to nervous stress and tension)

• Improves blood supply and circulation and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses; helps eliminates harmful toxins from the body

• Helps to achieve the natural balance within the body so you just generally feel more in harmony

Most people will benefit from Reflexology. It is suitable for people of all ages and has proven beneficial for:

• Stress related conditions as it provides deep relaxation
• Helping to improve fertility
• Addressing hormonal imbalances, particularly for women approaching and during their menopause
• Sleep disorders
• Relieving headaches and migraines
• Boosting the immune system
• Providing relief for many acute and chronic conditions
• Acting as a general preventative therapy to help you look after your body and mind
